Our total liability in any claim related to these terms or the services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months prior.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times, as these are subject to traffic, customs, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our direct control.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Logística Actual may suspend or terminate access immediately if the Customer materially breaches these terms.
